Patch to Present Fun 4 All™ Toy & Game Sale Profits to Big Brothers Big Sisters
Beloit, Wis. -- Patch Products, Inc. held its 2nd annual family festival, the Fun 4 All™ Toy & Game Sale, to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rock, Walworth and Jefferson counties. The event, held at Patch Products on August 23-24, was a success, drawing approximately 4,000 attendees. After holding the two-day event, Patch Products is excited and humbled to present a check for over $17,400 to Nancy Mignon, Executive Director, and Jean Whitcomb, Marketing Coordinator, at Big Brothers Big Sisters! This event will take place at Patch Products on Thursday, September 12 at 3:45 p.m.
"We'll put the money toward programming and activities for kids. This gives us an opportunity to recruit more adult volunteers which we desperately need," says Whitcomb. "We are extremely grateful for Patch choosing to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters and are pleased with everything Patch has done for us. Patch needs to be commended for being a community-minded company and giving back to the community in which it's located."

Big Brothers Big Sisters is the country's oldest mentoring program. The organization matches single-parent children ages 6-14 with a volunteer Big Brother or Big Sister to offer guidance and companionship. As a result, school performance improves, peer relationships strengthen, self-esteem grows and family compatibility increases.
