Patch Products helps Curves members exercise their minds


BELOIT, Wis. – Exercising minds while exercising bodies is the concept behind a partnership between Patch Products, a family game manufacturer, and Curves International, the world’s largest fitness franchisor.

The six-week promotion of the award-winning What’s Yours Like?™ game will start Oct. 1 at about 5,000 participating centers. The promotion is designed to improve Curves’ customer satisfaction and generate interaction among the women. It also introduces Curves members to Patch Products’ line of family board games.

“Patch is excited to offer women working out at Curves another opportunity to play one of our fun family games,” said Lisa Wuennemann, director of marketing at Patch. “Last year’s Buzzword promotion at Curves was a huge success, and we want to continue our partnership. Playing a game while exercising is a great way to create conversation among the women.”

Participating Curves centers will receive a 31-by-22-inch write-on wipe-off board, pen, entry forms, ballot box and What’s Yours Like? clue sheets to play the game with their members. The clues all describe the same thing. It could be a swimsuit, neighbor, closet, hair or any of the other guess words in the promotion. Members will try to link all the clues together to figure out what is being described.
