Don’t Let Cards Slide
in Patch’s New ShakeDown Game

BELOIT, Wis. – The goal of ShakeDown, the card-stacking party game, is to Stack ’Em Wide, Don’t Let ’Em Slide!.

In Patch Products’ newest game, you draw cards from the bottom of the ShakeDown Tower and place them on top, making the stack grow big and wide. You’ll need a steady hand to balance cards on the stack without letting other cards slide off. If cards fall during your turn, you have to keep them. At the end of the game, players add up the point values on their cards and the one with the fewest points wins.

Here’s the tricky part: You have to pick up the tower to draw a card from the bottom, which increases the chances that cards will fall. The game also includes Action Cards that require you to do various things during your turn, such as hold the tower and do the twist, place the tower on the floor or drumroll on the table.

Daring ShakeDown players will take risks by stacking cards in almost-unstable positions or setting the tower down in a hard-to-reach spot, hoping that the next player will cause the cards to come tumbling down.

ShakeDown can be played with 2 to 6 people, ages 7 to adult. Click Here to view a demo of the game.
