THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE UNITED STATES, DO NOT ENTER
THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE
YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THESE RULES.
- Eligibility. You must be a legal resident of the United States. You must have Internet access at the time of
entry. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules
and you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all respects.
- Persons NOT Eligible. This sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, U.S. military
installations located in foreign countries and where prohibited by law. Employees and agents of Patch Products,
Inc. and its affiliates (and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such
individuals) are not eligible to participate and win.
- How To Enter. Enter the sweepstakes by answering the 10 monthly questions and including your name and email address.
Only one entry per month, per person. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any bot,
script, macro or sweepstakes service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. All entries must be received by 11:59
p.m. CST on December 31, 2008. "Receipt" occurs when Patch Products, Inc.'s servers record the entry information upon
clicking the submit button. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of email) does not constitute
proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of these Rules. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an
online entrant, an online entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the
time of registration of the Participating group. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an
email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational
institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email
address. All entries become property of the Sponsor.
- Prizes. Limit one prize per winner per month. Only prizes listed will be awarded and
no substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised
prize (or any component of it) is not available. Expenses not specifically stated, together with the
reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, surcharges and fees, if any, arising out of or resulting from
the use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize. Sponsor expressly disclaims
any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or
subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the
appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded.
One (1) random entry will be selected each month. Each person/name drawn, will be able to choose one (1) of the following

- Winner Selection. On or about October 1, 2008, November 1, 2008, December 1, 2008 and January 1, 2009, potential winners will be
selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the month prior. Odds of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- To Claim Prize. Potential winners will be notified within seven (7) calendar days of drawing date.
Winner must respond via email within seven (7) calendar days after prize notification or prize will be forfeited
and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner agrees to provide any additional information (such as social
security number) that may be required. If a prize notification is returned undeliverable or if Sponsor is
unable to contact a potential winner, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will
be selected by random drawing. Any unclaimed prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Acceptance of
prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name, hometown and likeness for
purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without further notice, review, consent or
additional compensation.
- General Conditions. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. By entering,
you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents
from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death or
property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or
use of any prize or related activity.
The Sponsor of this sweepstakes is Patch Products, Inc., which is solely responsible for execution,
administration and all aspects of this sweepstakes.
- Limitation of Liability. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or
mutilated entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any computer, server, internet provider, software,
hardware, email, browser, telephone or technical malfunction or failure that may occur, including those that
may cause a delay, defect, error or failure of transmission of an entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any
traffic congestion on the website or Internet that may occur. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical or
human error made in the processing of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for the theft, destruction,
unauthorized access to or alternation of entries.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond
Sponsor's control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct
of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and
select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

- Winners List. The names of the prize winners may be obtained after January 7, 2009, and no later
than January 31, 2009, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Patch Products Sweepstakes, MMFC

postage.
