Backyard Activities: Football Diamond Relay
Play on a baseball diamond or put 4 markers on the ground, 25 steps apart, to form a diamond. Each team starts with a player standing on each base, and a team member at home plate with a Zoam® Football.
Teams race around the diamond in opposite directions. In the 1st leg of the relay, the player has to punt the ball to the player standing on the base in front of him. The 2nd player throws it to the 3rd player, and the 3rd runs it to the 4th, and the 4th must kick it along the ground until it touches home plate.
Players must stay on bases until they can grab the ball, so it must be kicked or thrown as often as it takes to get it to them. The team that gets around the diamond first, wins!
