Backyard Activities: Distance Catch
Each player takes a turn, standing in a designated spot. He throws a Zoam® Football away from himself and then runs out to catch it. The object is to throw and catch the ball as far away from the starting point as possible. Mark the location that you caught the ball so that players can determine who has caught the ball at the furthest distance. Older players can use a flying disk. If playing on a hard surface like a playground, the Light Tracker® Mega Bounce® Ball can be used, with players having to catch it after one bounce.
