1. How can I get a missing piece for my game/puzzle?
If you are missing a piece to your game or puzzle, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-524-4263 and they will be able to help you.
2. Are your toys safe?
You probably have heard recent news reports about toy safety and might be wondering about the quality of items you have purchased from Patch Products. Our family of workers here at Patch wants to assure your family that toy safety is and always has been our No. 1 priority. Many of us here at Patch have children, and we share your concern about providing only the safest toys and games—for your children, our children and all children. We want you to know that all of our products meet federal and state regulations in addition to voluntary standards set by the toy industry.
3. Where can I buy your products?

5. Do you have additional question card sets for your games?
At this time, we do not have additional question card sets for our games. However, if you are looking for additional Buzzword questions, please check out Buzzword Jr. or Buzzword Bits.
6. I bought/received a game as a gift and don't want it. Can I return it to Patch for a refund?
If you bought the item from a store or another online retailer, you will need to return it to the retailer where it was purchased. If you made your purchase directly through us, via online or by phone, please call us at 800-524-4263 to get a return authorization number. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase less shipping and handling. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery service.
7. Do you have coupons for free products or coupons for money off products?
Occasionally we do offer coupons for our games. You may want to join the Patch Pals club, which sometimes gives special offers to its members.
8. What are your shipping charges for phone or online orders?
We charge $5.95 for items totaling up to $15, $6.95 for items totaling between $15 and $50, $7.95 for items totaling between $50 and $100, $10.95 for items totaling between $100 and $200 and offer free shipping for items totaling over $200. Premium and express rates are available upon request, please call 800-524-4263. For Canada shipments, please add an additional $5.00 for shipping. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call 800-524-4263 to place your order.
9. Do I have to pay sales tax?
If the product is purchased directly through us via the online store or by phone and you live in Wisconsin or Pennsylvania, you will be charged the corresponding state tax on the item(s) and shipping cost.
10. How long will shipping take once I order a product?
Once your order is placed, if you choose Regular Shipping and live in the continental U.S., you can expect it to arrive in 7 to 10 business days. If you live in Canada, your order will ship U.S. Mail and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

13. Are your products offered outside the United States?
