You probably have heard recent news reports about toy safety and might be wondering about the quality of items you have purchased from Patch Products. Our family of workers here at Patch wants to assure your family that toy safety is and always has been our No. 1 priority. Many of us here at Patch have children, and we share your concern about providing only the safest toys and games—for your children, our children and all children. We want you to know that all of our products meet federal and state regulations in addition to voluntary standards set by the toy industry.

If you bought the item from a store or another online retailer, you will need to return it to the retailer where it was purchased. If you made your purchase directly through us, via online or by phone, please call us at 800-524-4263 to get a return authorization number. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase less shipping and handling within 90 days of the date of purchase. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery service.

Occasionally we do offer coupons for our games. You may want to join the Patch Pals Club, which sometimes gives special offers to its members.

We charge $5.95 for items totaling up to $10, $6.95 for items totaling between $10 and $25, $8.95 for items totaling between $25 and $50, $10.95 for items totaling between $50 and $100, $12.95 for items totaling $100 and up. Premium and express rates are available upon request, please call 800-524-4263. For Canada shipments, please add an additional $5.00 for shipping. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call 800-524-4263 to place your order as it will cost more for shipping.

If the product is purchased directly through us via the online store or by phone and you live in Wisconsin or Pennsylvania, you will be charged the corresponding state tax on the item(s) and shipping cost.

Once your order is placed, if you choose Regular Shipping and live in the continental U.S., you can expect it to arrive in 7 to 10 business days. If you live in Canada, your order will ship UPS and can take between 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.

The Original Wooly Willy contains 7 grams of magnetic powder each, and that powder is made of iron. The iron comes from slag (leftover residue) in mines across the United States.
