4. How can I get a missing piece for my Patch game?
If you are missing a game piece contact Patch Customer Service Department
and they will be able to assist you.

6. Do you have additional question card sets for Patch games?
At this time, we do not have additional question card sets for our games.
7. I bought/received a game as a gift and don't want it. Can I return it to Patch
for a refund? If you bought the item from a store, you will need to return it to the retailer where it was
purchased. If you made your purchase directly through Patch, via online or by phone, please call us at 800-524-4263 to
get a return authorization number. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase
less shipping and handling. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. It is
recommended that you use UPS, Fed Ex or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return
package to monitor delivery status.
8. Do you have coupons for free Patch games or coupons for money off Patch games?
Occasionally we do offer coupons for our games. Take a look at the
Patch Toy Store for Monthly Sales. You may want to join the
Patch Pals club, which sometimes gives special offers to
its members.
9. What are your shipping charges for direct or online orders?
We charge $4.95 for items totaling up to $15, $5.95 for items totaling between $15 and $50, $6.95 for items totaling between $50 and $100, $9.95 for items totaling between $100 and $200 and offer free shipping for items totaling over $200. Premium and express rates are available upon request.
10. Do I have to pay sales tax?
If the product is purchased directly from Patch or the Patch online store and is shipped to a Wisconsin address, you will be charged 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax on the item and shipping cost.
11. How long will shipping take once I order a product?
Once your order is placed, if you choose Regular Shipping, you can expect it to arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
12. Why should I join the Patch Pals club?
By joining the Patch Pals club you will receive information
on National Backyard Games Week™ ; new games, puzzles and toys; National Games Week™ ;
the Million Minute Family Challenge™ ; and many other fun activities we have planned!
13. What is the cost to join the Patch Pals club?
The Patch Pals club is free.
14. Are your products offered outside the United States?
Yes, several of our products are available in international markets.

15. If I live outside the United States, can I buy products from your online store?
Unfortunately, our online store is not available to international customers at this time. Please contact
Brian at brianm@patchproducts.com to find where you can
purchase our products in your country.
16. I can't find any TriBond, Blurt! or Mad Gab products on your site. What happened to these games?
The brand rights to these games were sold to Mattel, Inc. All inquiries regarding these brands should be directed to Mattel at (800) 524-8697.
