At Patch, we’re very appreciative of our success and know it would not be possible without the support of our hometown, Beloit, WI, and surrounding communities. To show our thanks, Patch gives back to the community through contributions to local schools and nonprofit organizations. Patch also makes donations to national organizations helping children and families in need.
Patch organizes an annual Toy & Game Sale at the Festival on the Rock, with all profits benefiting local community endeavors, such as building a playground at a local park.
The playground was able to be completed thanks to donations from Patch. Every year since then, families, friends, schools, social groups, game clubs and others from across the United States have played games for a combined total of 1 million minutes (or more) from September 1 through December 31. Patch is also a proud supporter of the Toy Industry Foundation and their signature program, The Toy Bank. We regularly donate games and toys so that they can be distributed to children in need. We stand by the Toy Industry Foundation’s efforts to bring joy, happiness and comfort to children through toys and play. Read more
Bi-annually, Patch hosts a blood drive, encouraging employees and people from the community to donate and help save lives! Patch donates to the local Big Brothers Big Sisters branch through participating in the Giving Tree during the holidays, buying and wrapping gifts for the children. We also participate in Big Brothers Big Sisters events, such as bowling or golf outings where employees form a team and gather pledges to benefit the program! Every day we work to help preserve our environment through recycling efforts at both our corporate and manufacturing facilities. Since 1975, we have used soy ink and recycled materials whenever possible. We like being green.
